Dr Scupham is interested in all aspects of General Practice, particularly Women’s Health, Families and Preventative Health. Dr Scupham is a GP registrar in her final year of training.
During her placement at Sunstate, Dr Scupham will be under the supervision of Dr Ganter, Dr Vu and Dr Haller until January 2025. She is available Monday, Tuesday, Friday and some Saturdays.

Dr Ruffin is interested in all aspects of General Practice, particularly Women’s Health, Families and Preventative Health. Dr Ruffin is a GP registrar in her final year of training.

Dr Randal Johnson (BSc MD)
Dr Johnson is interested in all aspects of General practice with a special interest in Dermatology and the Identification and Removal of Skin Cancers.
Dr Johnson has returned permanently to Sunstate after completing a rural placement in early 2023. He is currently Accepting New Patients.

Dr Soo Bin An (BSc, MD)
Dr An is interested in all aspects of General Practice including Women’s Health, Families and Preventative Health. Dr An is a GP registrar in her final years of training.

Dr Patricia Duong (BSc, MD)
Dr Duong is interested in all aspects of General Practice, particularly Women’s Health, Families and Preventative Health. Dr Duong is a GP registrar in her final years of training.

Dr Jenny Buteri (BBiomedSc., M.D., FRACGP)
Dr Buteri completed her medical training at Griffith university on the Gold Coast in 2014 and worked at Redcliffe hospital before going into general practice. She became a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2019.
Dr Buteri has a special interest in women’s health and paediatrics and obtained her Diploma of Child Health in 2016.
Dr Buteri enjoys all aspects of general practice and is now accepting new patients having recently returned from maternity leave – currently available on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays in addition to one Saturday per month.
Dr James Willard Jones (BBiomedSc, MBBS)
Dr Johnson is interested in all aspects of General practice with a special interest in Dermatology and the identification and Removal of Skin Cancers.

Dr Eugenia Haller (MD FRACGP)
Dr Eugenia Haller is an experienced General Practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in General Practice.
Dr Haller had extensive experience working in the Emergency Department at Redland Hospital and Mater Children’s Hospital before gaining her general practice training in Warwick and Maleny.
Dr Haller extended her medical skills with further training in Skin Cancer Medicine and IUD/Mirena Insertion & Removal. Her other special interests include Excision of Skin Lesions, Family Planning, Implanon Insertion & Removal, Sexual Health and Women’s Health.
Dr Haller has a Diploma in Child Health and enjoys all aspects of Family Medicine.
Dr Haller enjoys participating in the RACGP Training Program at Sunstate, sharing her knowledge and experience, providing supervision to young GP registrars during their placements at Sunstate.
Dr Jack Gilpin (BSc, MBBS)
Dr Gilpin completed his medical training at the University of Queensland and has studied/worked all over Queensland including the PA, Queensland Children’s, Redland, and Gladstone Hospitals.
Dr Gilpin is interested in all aspects of General Practice particularly preventative healthcare, paediatrics and musculoskeletal medicine. Dr Gilpin joins the team in 2021 and is currently accepting New Patients. Children Under 16 will be bulk billed for consultations.
Dr. Erin Harrison (BBiomedSci(Hons), MBBS, PhD)
Dr Harrison is interested in all aspects of General practice including Women’s Health, Families and Preventative Health.
Dr Harrison is undergoing her final year as a GP registrar at Sunstate Family Practice. She is currently accepting new patients and will Bulk Bill Children Under 16 years for consultations.
Dr Harrison performs Mirena and other IUD Insertion and Removals.

Dr Emma Hannan (BSc, MBBS, FRACGP)
Dr Hannan is no longer accepting new patients as she is currently on maternity leave.
Dr Emma Hannan is interested in all aspects of General practice including Women’s Health, Families and Preventative Health.
Dr Hannan also performs Skin Cancer checks and excision of suspicious or confirmed lesions.
She is available Tuesday – Friday in addition to 1 x Saturday a month.
Dr Hannan enjoys spending time with her husband and they have recently welcomed a much-loved furry friend to her family, a puppy named ‘Bento’.
Dr Tegan Stein (BSc, MBBS, FRACGP)
Dr Stein completed her medical training at the University of Queensland and gained experience working predominantly at the PA Hospital and Queensland Children’s Hospital prior to commencing in General Practice.
Dr Stein has an interest in Paediatrics, Adolescent Health and Antenatal Care, but enjoys all aspects of medicine. She has completed a Diploma in Child Health and is aligned with the Mater Mothers’ Hospital Maternity Shared Care Alignment Program.
Dr Stein is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays in addition to one Saturday per month.
Dr Chau Vu (BSc, MBBS, FRACGP)
Dr Chau Vu is an Australian Trained GP who has completed his FRACGP fellowship after training at the Ipswich, Princess Alexandra and Goondiwindi hospitals.
Dr Vu enjoys all aspects of General Practice but has a special interest in Seniors Health, Chronic Disease Management and Skin Cancer Checks and performs excisions of suspected or confirmed skin cancer lesions.
Dr Vu is available Monday – Friday in addition to 1 x Saturday a month.
Dr Vu enjoys participating in the RACGP Training Program at Sunstate, sharing his knowledge and experience, providing supervision to young GP registrars during their placements at Sunstate.
Dr Matthew Harvey (BMed, FRACGP)
Dr Harvey graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2001 and joined Sunstate Family Practice in 2012. Dr Harvey spent many years in the hospital system of NSW & Qld and has vast experience in both Orthopaedics and Pathology. Prior to settling in the Redland area, with his wife and four children, Dr Harvey enjoyed a successful previous career in IT. He is now well established in the area, enjoys all aspects of General Practice with particular interest in Sports Medicine, and Detection and Treatment of Fractures and Joint Issues. Dr Harvey also enjoys Skin Cancer detection and minor procedures as well as Men’s Health.
Dr Harvey is available on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday in addition to 1 x Saturday a month.
Dr Andrew Ganter (MBBS, FRACGP)
As the CEO and Principal Doctor at Sunstate Family Practice, Dr Ganter enjoys all aspects of General Practice and balances his time between seeing his own patients and supporting young doctors in his role as Primary GP Registrar Supervisor. After graduating from University of Qld in 1993, Dr Ganter gained experience at both Greenslopes and Gold Coast Hospitals before returning to his home town of Gladstone for 10 years with his young family, to run his own Group General Practice. Returning to Brisbane for his children’s education, Dr Ganter established Sunstate Family Practice in 2009. With over 20 years experience in General Practice, Dr Ganter still enjoys all aspects of General Practice but has a special interest in Travel Medicine, Children’s Health and the Detection and Management of Skin Cancers.
Ms Kimberley Davis (Dietitian)
